Aus meinen Reisen nach Griechenland war mir die gefüllte "Griechische Pita" als Streetfood bekannt und es war Liebe auf den ersten Biss. All die Jahre danach habe ich dieses typische Pitabrot für Zuhause gesucht und konnte es nicht finden. Doch nun wurde ich hier endlich fündig! Das Original; gefüllt mit Tzatziki, Gyros, Tomaten, Zwiebeln und frischer Petersilie. Einfach ein Traum für Genusskenner 😋

Le fait qu'elle ne gonfle pas est normal pour ce type de pita grecque, elle est justement pensée pour rester souple et s'enrouler autour des ingrédients, pas pour former une poche à remplir comme d'autres pains plats.
