Hecha con harina de trigo y sin azúcares añadidos, mantiene su esponjosidad tras la cocción y encaja en infinidad de recetas: desde pizzas saludables, souvlaki casero, wraps mediterráneos, hasta servirse caliente junto a una auténtica ensalada griega.

 

Consejos de preparación:

  • Pincelar con aceite de oliva virgen extra, añadir sal o especias y calentar 2 minutos en una sartén.
  • También perfecta para horno, grill o tostadora.
  • Ideal para fiestas, eventos, aperitivos o para tener siempre un básico mediterráneo listo en la despensa.
