Non male in generale ma a mio avviso la pasta fillo in cima non è stata cotta a dovere..tutti gli strati sono crudi. Può essere migliore.Peccato perché il ripieno è ottimo e tradizionale.

Ti possiamo assicurare che lo riceviamo fresco settimanalmente dal forno con cui collaboriamo. Abbiamo notato che gli strati di pasta fillo cui ti riferisci sono quelli più vicini al ripieno, è possibile che sia lo sciroppo presente in quantità a dare l'impressione di pasta fillo non cotta. In ogni caso, giriamo la segnalazione subito al forno che ha prodotto il galaktoboureko.
