    Περιγραφή Προϊόντος

    Τα βασικά για να ξεκινήσετε την ελληνική κουζίνα: έξι προϊόντα για όλη την εβδομάδα

    Αυτό το κιτ είναι για όσους ξεκινούν να μαγειρεύουν ελληνικά στο σπίτι. Με μία παραγγελία παίρνετε εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο, δύο συσκευασίες φέτα, ελιές Καλαμών, ένα βάζο μέλι 920g, φάβα Φαρσάλων και ρίγανη Νάξου. Με αυτά φτιάχνετε τα τρία πιάτα παρακάτω, και το ελαιόλαδο, το μέλι και η ρίγανη μένουν στο ντουλάπι για την υπόλοιπη εβδομάδα.

    Επτά προϊόντα από έξι παραγωγούς. Παρακάτω θα βρείτε το όνομα του καθενός και τον σύνδεσμο προς τη σελίδα του.

    Τι περιέχει το κιτ

    Φάβα με ελαιόλαδο, κρεμμύδι και λεμόνι

    Από το κιτ χρησιμοποιείτε τη φάβα και το ελαιόλαδο. Εσείς προσθέτετε ένα κόκκινο κρεμμύδι, ένα λεμόνι, νερό και αλάτι.

    1. Βράστε τη φάβα σε νερό, χωρίς μούλιασμα, για 50-60 λεπτά, μέχρι να λιώσει.
    2. Χτυπήστε τη στο μπλέντερ ή λιώστε τη με ένα πιρούνι και αλατίστε.
    3. Περιχύστε τη με άφθονο ωμό ελαιόλαδο και προσθέστε το ψιλοκομμένο κρεμμύδι και λίγο λεμόνι.

    Για χωριάτικη, κόψτε ντομάτα, αγγούρι και κρεμμύδι, βάλτε από πάνω ένα κομμάτι φέτα και μια χούφτα ελιές και τελειώστε με ελαιόλαδο και μια πρέζα ρίγανη. Για φέτα στον φούρνο, ψήστε ένα κομμάτι φέτα για λίγα λεπτά σε ζεστό φούρνο και περιχύστε τη με μια κουταλιά μέλι.

    Μόλις παραλάβετε το κιτ, βάλτε τη φέτα στο ψυγείο. Καταναλώστε κάθε προϊόν έως την ημερομηνία που αναγράφεται στη συσκευασία του.

    Πώς αποστέλλεται: κάθε προϊόν είναι στην αρχική συσκευασία του παραγωγού, όλα μαζί σε ένα δέμα. Μόλις παραλάβετε το κιτ, βάλτε τη φέτα στο ψυγείο.

    • Φέτα: στο ψυγείο, στους +2 έως +6°C· μετά το άνοιγμα, καταναλώνεται μέσα σε 5 ημέρες
    • Εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο: σε δροσερό και σκοτεινό μέρος
    • Ελιές Καλαμών: μετά το άνοιγμα, στο ψυγείο, σκεπασμένες με την άλμη τους· καταναλώνονται μέσα σε 15 ημέρες
    • Μέλι: σε δροσερό και ξηρό μέρος, μακριά από πηγές θερμότητας

    Καταναλώστε κάθε προϊόν έως την ημερομηνία που αναγράφεται στη συσκευασία του.
