Store owner replied: Hello Kerin, feta arriving in that state is not acceptable, and in this case we can see what happened: your parcel left Athens on 22 September and then sat in customs clearance at the New York gateway for several days before it reached you on 30 September. That is nothing like the route it was sent on, and it does not depend on how the parcel was packed and handed to the courier. We are taking up the route of this shipment with them. Please write to us at customers@greekflavours.com with the lot number and the date on the vacuum pack, and a photo too, if that is still possible, and we will get back to you on your order.
