In California we have a large variety of honies, depending on where you live. Some are excellent; however, when I tasted your honey I went on vacation to the Greek Isles. I have never been to Greece, except in my imagination, and now that I'm over 80, and battling Cancer, I know that those trips are as good as it will ever be.
