Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our Feta is aged for months in wooden casks, allowing the cheese to breathe and develop a complex, creamy profile with subtle woody undertones. This bundle brings together two legendary production regions, offering a side-by-side tasting experience of Greece’s finest "white gold."

 

What’s Inside the Bundle:

  • 1x Premium Erymanthos PDO (c. 500g): Aged for 3 months in oak barrels. Robust, slightly spicy, and wonderfully crumbly.
  • 2x Premium Arcadia PDO (c. 370g each): Harvested from high-altitude pastures. Noted for its velvety texture and balanced, buttery finish.

Whether crumbled over a crisp Mediterranean salad, baked with oregano and honey, or served as part of a premium meze platter, this bundle represents the pinnacle of protected Greek tradition.

  • Expert Preservation Tip: To maintain the perfect moisture and tangy profile after opening, we highly recommend storing your Feta in Almi Brine. Submerging the cheese in Almi prevents it from drying out and extends its fresh, creamy character for several days.
