How FRESH Delivery Works

Products with the FRESH badge require special handling to maintain quality from our warehouse in Greece to your door. There are two types of FRESH shipping, depending on the product.

🧊 FRESH with Insulated Packaging (most FRESH products)

Products such as feta, yogurt, fresh cheeses, and ready meals are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice. The packaging is designed to keep your products fresh throughout the entire journey — from our warehouse to your door.

Important: Upon delivery, place these products in your refrigerator immediately to maintain freshness.

✈️ FRESH by Air (no thermal packaging required)

Some FRESH products — including selected Chasiotis pita breads and traditional pastries such as portokalopita and galaktoboureko — travel by express air freight without insulated packaging. They carry the FRESH badge because of their short shelf life, not because they require cold-chain management.

These products will arrive quickly and in excellent condition. Store according to the label instructions upon receipt.

☀️ A note for the summer months

During periods of extreme heat at your delivery address, we may hold FRESH shipments for 1–2 days before dispatching, to protect product quality. You will be notified automatically if this applies to your order. This is our standard of care — not a limitation.
