HOW TO PREPARE THE SOUVLAKI:
- With 50g of spices you can prepare up to 1kg of meat.
- Empty the contents of one sachet into 100 ml of water, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix it all together.
- Then add the meat selected for the souvlaki and evenly distribute the spice mix on the meat.
- Leave to rest for about 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cook the souvlaki as you wish, on the grill, in the oven or in a pan.
