My order arrived on 29/09, the kefir expires on 03/10, why was I sent something that expires in 3 days, while normally kefir can last for much longer, I liked everything else I ordered, but didn’t appreciate the fact that you sent me something that expires in 4 days.

Store owner replied: Hello Abdurrahman, you are right to raise it: four days left on arrival is not the margin we want for a fresh kefir, and that is based on the dates we pick. We are checking internally which dates went out with your order. This kefir is fermented in small batches in Karditsa with no additives or preservatives, so its shelf life is shorter than an industrial one, but short is not the same as four days.
