Product Description

Karpea “Classic” Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-extracted from olives hand-picked before they are fully ripe. According to the producer, the olives come from three of Greece's best-known olive oil regions: Lakonia, Kalamata and Crete.

The producer describes it as golden green, with medium fruitiness and notes of apple, banana and dried nuts. On the palate, it is fruity, with delicate peppery tones.

It is an oil for everyday Mediterranean cooking: raw on salads (especially your Greek salad), in sauces and dressings, for light frying and sautéing, with grilled fish and seafood, and to finish pasta, legumes, steamed vegetables and souvlaki.

Bottled in Greece by Karpea S.A. in Nea Erythraia, Athens, in a 500 ml dark glass bottle.
