Halloumi is the signature cheese of Cyprus: firm, slightly briny, and naturally resistant to high heat, which means it grills instead of melting. This bundle includes 4×200g vacuum-sealed portions, perfect for everyday cooking, BBQ season, and Mediterranean-inspired meals at home.

 

Made from a traditional blend of cow’s, sheep’s, and goat’s milk with a hint of mint, this Halloumi PDO offers a fresh dairy aroma, a pleasantly elastic bite, and a golden, crisp crust when grilled or pan-seared.
