Refund policy

This page describes the return and refund policy of Greek Flavours, operated by N&L ONLINE O.E., in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EC on consumer rights. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EC, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of actual delivery of your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day window by sending an email to customers@greekflavours.com. Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • All information contained in your delivery note
  • A clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase

Conditions for return

The right of withdrawal applies to the order in its entirety. Partial returns of individual items within an order are not accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition, using the same outer and inner packaging originally received. Products must be properly secured inside the packaging to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend insuring the return shipment.

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us. The reference date is the date on which the shipment is handed over to the carrier, not the date of arrival at our warehouse.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. You are free to choose the carrier for the return shipment.

Refund

Once the returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund of the order amount no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products:

  • Fresh and perishable products — products whose preservation requires controlled temperature, as clearly indicated on the product page. This includes all products sold under the FRESH category: yogurt, kefir, feta, fresh cheeses, halloumi, fresh pita bread, and traditional pastries.
  • Damaged, altered, or deteriorated products — products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition at the time of return.
  • Returns submitted beyond the deadline — returns notified or shipped after the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed.
