While modern feta is often mass-produced in steel tins, our Heritage range is matured in authentic oak barrels for a minimum of two months. This natural interaction with the wood imparts a sophisticated, slightly spicy profile and a firm, resilient texture that holds its shape beautifully. The result is a premium Feta at its finest: complex, creamy, and entirely free from added sugars.
