La Sea Silk è una tarama artigianale con una percentuale di uova molto più alta e senza colorante: risulta più densa, più salina e di colore chiaro, mentre la tarama che si mangia comunemente nelle taverne è la versione rosa, più morbida e più diluita, che è un'altra cosa e che abbiamo anch'essa a catalogo.
