Leider war die Freude beim Auspacken dann etwas getrübt. Die von mir bestellten Kourabiedes sind teilweise stark zerbrochen und zum Teil nur noch als Krümel in der Verpackung angekommen. Natürlich weiß ich, dass dieses Gebäck sehr mürbe und empfindlich ist und beim Transport auch einmal etwas brechen kann. In diesem Fall ist es allerdings deutlich mehr als nur ein wenig Bruch.

Hallo Ingo, danke für die faire Schilderung. Dass Kourabiedes mürbe sind und unterwegs etwas brechen, gehört dazu; überwiegend Krümel in der Verpackung gehören nicht dazu. Das Paket war knapp zwanzig Stunden unterwegs; es liegt hier also nicht an der Laufzeit, sondern an der Verpackung dieses Formats, und die sehen wir uns an. I biscotti sono deliziosi, così come tutti i loro prodotti. Gusti autentici, sapori originali di Grecia in qualunque momento sulla propria tavola, con vista su tramonto di Santorini. Per cenare “in Grecia”, a casa propria.
Arrivati il 24.12 al mattino... A sera erano già dimezzati. Ottimo prodotto, fresco e friabile. Erano un regalo per mio padre, amante della cucina greca: hanno avuto un grande successo. Grazie.

This was my third order of these amazing greek cookies, unfortunately there was an issue with the packaging, however this was dealt with speedily and very satisfactorily by the Team @ Greek Flavours and they also have taken onboard my comments regarding the packaging. These almond cookies are simply the best flavour I have ever tasted, even better than when I am home in Greece and buy them direct from the Zak!!!! Thank you to all the team at Greek Flavours for providing this excellent service
Στην πρώτη μου παραγγελία, οι κουραμπιέδες ήταν πεντανόστιμοι, αλλά δεν μπορώ να πω το ίδιο για τη δεύτερη παραγγελία. Ήταν πολύ εύθραυστοι, έσπαγαν στην αφή, και η γεύση δεν ήταν τόσο καλή. Ξέρω ότι χρησιμοποιούν διαφορετικούς προμηθευτές, και πραγματικά δεν μου άρεσαν αυτοί οι τελευταίοι. Έχω φωτογραφίες αν θέλετε να τις δείτε.
Les quelques gâteaux reçus entiers sont très bons mais ils ne sont pas emballés de façon à supporter le transport. La plupart des gâteaux ont été reçu complètement écrasés.
