Soutzouki is the most famous treat from Asia Minor. This is how it got its name (Politiko), meaning that it is coming from the great city of Constantinople. It is made of 100% beef, with powerful aromas and oriental flavors coming from the spices used in its production, like cumin, allspice, and garlic.
