Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our feta is aged in authentic oak barrels for a minimum of three months. This traditional maturation process allows the cheese to breathe, developing a sophisticated complexity. You will experience a bright white, semi-hard texture that remains deceptively creamy on the palate, finishing with a signature peppery spark and the lingering aroma of wild mountain herbs.
