Unlike mass-produced varieties, our Feta undergoes a patient maturation process in wooden barrels for at least two months. This contact with natural oak gives the cheese its distinctive character: a pure snow-white colour, a firm yet creamy texture, and a refined, slightly spicy kick that lingers beautifully on the palate.
