Dolmadakia Gialantzi are the crown jewel of Greek culinary tradition. Produced in Thessaloniki, these delicate parcels are crafted using only the youngest and most tender vine leaves, harvested by hand to ensure a silky texture and a refined bite.

 

The filling is a harmonious blend of premium rice, infused with a fragrant bouquet of fresh herbs, including dill and spearmint. Each leaf is hand-rolled, following time-honoured artisanal methods.
