Energaea Three Tins — Valley, Rock, Organic (3L)

Three Energaea olive oils, three characters, one order

Energaea fills three of its extra virgin olive oils in the same 1L tin, and each one has a character of its own. This set brings them together: one tin of each, three litres in all.

• Thalea, the valley. 100% Koroneiki from lowland groves (πεδινό, "from the plain", on the Greek side of the tin). The tin for everyday cooking.
• Laas PGI Laconia, the rock. Mostly Athinolia, with Koroneiki, from the hills of Laconia: laas is the ancient Greek word for stone. Best raw, on bread, greens and beans.
• Nostimon Hemar, the organic one. Athinolia and Koroneiki, PGI Lakonia and certified organic: two certifications on one tin. Raw, over salads, greens and pulses.

Three tins in one order, for less than buying them one by one: the crossed-out price is what the same three tins cost separately.

Why this set exists
