Taramosalata is a great classic among the Greek dips! It is made by fish eggs, called Tarama, bread, onion, lemon juice, olive oil and spices. Ero titubante ad acquistarlo dopo leggere qualche recensione. Invece, e molto gustoso e delicato, non salato, cremoso e facile da spalmare sul pane. Io l'ho abbinato a del pita integrale. Lo consiglio!
Mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso. Un sapore un po' insolito: pesce e acidità. Si sposa molto bene però con le olive nere. Magari la confronterò con la versione bianca
La taramasalata purtroppo è difficile da trovare nella mia cittò, la vostra mi piace molto ed è perfetta per gli antipasti della vigilia di Natale che prevedono solo pesce.
Ottima confezione, materiale arrivato in perfette condizioni e puntuale. Mi sono ricordata dei sapori del mio paese che non visito più per l'età...Quanta nostalgia!!
Ricapitolando.la tiro non la conoscevo ma l'ho trovata interessante, il moussaka era buono ma molto carente di ragù e con troppe patate, la tarama la ricordavo più gustosa in Grecia. Nel complesso più ombre che luci
I'm a big taramasalata fan and, while this one isn't bad by any means, it lacks the saltiness that I love in a taramasalata, and doesn't have as much flavour as I am used to. It's also more whipped and fluffy than I prefer, personally and, while I wouldn't buy it again, I'll finish it because it is not at all bad.
