    Product Description

    A spoonful on warm pita, a few raw vegetables to dip: taramosalata is a classic among Greek dips. Cod roe (tarama), potato, onion and rusk are blended with vegetable oil into a smooth pink cream. In Greece it is the dip of Clean Monday, the first day of Lent, and it is eaten all year round as a meze. It also goes well next to fish.

    Ero titubante ad acquistarlo dopo leggere qualche recensione. Invece, e molto gustoso e delicato, non salato, cremoso e facile da spalmare sul pane. Io l'ho abbinato a del pita integrale. Lo consiglio!

La taramosalata est montée avec du jus de citron, qui fait partie de la recette et lui donne cette pointe acide, plus marquée sur cette version que sur la taramosalata blanche que nous proposons également.
