Each pot forms the iconic “petsa”, the natural skin that appears on top of real artisan yogurt. With only 3.7% fat, it strikes the perfect balance between lightness, satiety, and protein intake. Toujours aussi excellent. J'en commande régulièrement et suis ravi d'avoir découvert ce vrai yaourt grec. Un seul regret c'est que la date limite de consommation soit si proche de la date d'envoi. Mais on peut le manger sans problème 10 à 15 jours au delà. La preuve que ces yaourts sont bons,c'est l'accumulation de ces pots vides qui servent de décoration...
