Barrel-Aged Feta PDO “Erymanthos Reserve” is a premium Greek feta matured for 3 months in traditional wooden barrels on the historic slopes of Mount Erymanthos, in Arcadia, Peloponnese.

 

Crafted from carefully selected sheep’s and goat’s milk sourced from local free-grazing herds in mountainous Achaia, this feta develops depth, structure, and aromatic intensity thanks to its natural maturation in brine inside wooden barrels, the most authentic and time-honoured Greek ageing method.

 

Its appearance is pure white with a compact, hole-free structure. On the palate, it offers a rich aroma, firm yet creamy texture, and a pleasantly tangy finish that reflects its mountain origin and traditional production.

 

Certified PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), this feta embodies true Greek cheesemaking heritage, rooted in the legendary lands of Erymanthos and shaped by centuries of artisanal expertise.
