What sets this bundle apart is the authentic barrel-ageing process. While modern feta is often aged in steel vats, these five varieties are matured in traditional oak or beech wood barrels. This ancient method allows the cheese to breathe, developing a complex bouquet of woody notes, a creamy yet firm texture, and a lingering, sophisticated finish that vats simply cannot replicate.

  • Vytina PDO: Bold, robust, and deeply influenced by the mountain air.
  • Epirus PDO: A northern classic with a perfectly balanced tang.
  • Premium Pyrgos PDO: Exceptionally creamy with a rich, buttery profile.

True to the strict PDO regulations, our Feta is crafted using only premium sheep’s milk (minimum 70%) and goat’s milk (up to 30%). We have ensured a clean label by excluding all artificial preservatives and "E-number" additives.

Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep and goat’s milk, natural sea salt, lactic cultures, microbial rennet.

Useful Information

Storage & Serving Suggestions

  • Storage: Keep refrigerated at +2°C to +4°C. The vacuum-sealed packaging ensures the cheese stays fresh during transit. Once opened, consume within 5-7 days or store in a light brine (water and sea salt) to maintain moisture.
  • The Connoisseur’s Tip: To unlock the complex esters developed during barrel-ageing, remove the Feta from the fridge and its packaging 15–20 minutes before serving. This allows the fat to soften and the aromas to "bloom."
  • Pairing: Serve with a drizzle of Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of wild oregano. Pairs exquisitely with a crisp Assyrtiko white wine or a light-bodied red like Xinomavro.
