The feta base comes through clearly, tangy and salty, balanced nicely against the roasted red pepper and chili. Texture is spot-on: thick enough to scoop generously with bread, not runny or overly whipped. Paired with warm, crusty bread (a simple country loaf or pita works great), it’s the perfect starter or meze — the bread soaks up the dip without getting soggy, and each bite has that nice contrast of crisp crust and creamy, spicy filling. Authentic flavor, great texture, and clearly made with quality feta. A new favorite for meze nights
★★★★★ Excellent, authentic feta This feta has a lovely firm, crumbly texture with just the right amount of creaminess — not rubbery, not overly soft. The flavor is beautifully balanced: tangy and salty without being overpowering, with a nice briny depth. I paired it with a classic Greek salad (tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, olive oil, oregano) and a glass of ouzo, and the cheese held its own perfectly — its saltiness cut through the anise notes of the ouzo beautifully, and it complemented the acidity of the tomatoes and freshness of the salad without getting lost. Great quality-to-price ratio, and it tastes like real Greek feta rather than a generic imitation. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent produit, sans doute le meilleur vin grec comparable à nos vins Pacherenc vendanges tardives, et vins d'Alsace sélection de grains nobles, voire un bon Sauternes. Sa couleur de jus de pruneaux est superbe. Ce vin est une de mes plus belles découvertes en Crète, je le recommande ! Guy

Store owner replied: Bonjour Stéphane, votre commentaire est positif et la note est d'une étoile, alors nous préférons vous poser la question plutôt que d'y répondre à votre place. Le colis contenant le yaourt est bien arrivé moins de deux jours après son départ d'Athènes, donc s'il y a eu un souci, il est ailleurs. Dites-nous à customers@greekflavours.com ce qui n'allait pas, ou corrigez la note s'il s'agit d'une fausse manipulation. Team Greek Flavours
Leider war die Freude beim Auspacken dann etwas getrübt. Die von mir bestellten Kourabiedes sind teilweise stark zerbrochen und zum Teil nur noch als Krümel in der Verpackung angekommen. Natürlich weiß ich, dass dieses Gebäck sehr mürbe und empfindlich ist und beim Transport auch einmal etwas brechen kann. In diesem Fall ist es allerdings deutlich mehr als nur ein wenig Bruch.

Store owner replied: Hallo Ingo, danke für die faire Schilderung. Dass Kourabiedes mürbe sind und unterwegs etwas brechen, gehört dazu; überwiegend Krümel in der Verpackung gehören nicht dazu. Das Paket war knapp zwanzig Stunden unterwegs; es liegt hier also nicht an der Laufzeit, sondern an der Verpackung dieses Formats, und die sehen wir uns an.
