Cretan Graviera with Three Peppers is a distinctive variation of one of Crete’s most iconic cheeses, crafted from sheep’s and goat’s milk and aged for 3 months to develop depth, structure, and balance. During maturation, the cheese is enriched with a refined blend of white, black, and pink pepper, finished with a subtle touch of coriander.

 

The result is a semi-hard cheese with a compact yet pleasantly crumbly texture, where savoury notes meet warm spice without overpowering the natural character of the milk. The 3-month ageing enhances flavour complexity while keeping the profile clean and elegant.
