Cretan Graviera with Thyme is a traditional semi-hard cheese from Crete, made with a blend of sheep’s and goat’s milk and naturally flavoured with aromatic Cretan thyme.
Aged to develop a rich, nutty character, it delivers a balanced flavour that is savoury yet gently sweet, with herbal notes that evoke the Mediterranean. Its compact yet elastic texture melts evenly, making it ideal both for cooking and for serving raw.
